There are a few simple rules that guests staying in our apartment must follow,
• No Smoking: Please refrain from smoking of any kind inside the apartments. We value comfort for all our guests. Violation of this rule will result in a fine.
• Quiet Hours after 22:00: We kindly ask you to respect your neighbors' peace and comfort, so please keep the noise levels to a minimum and avoid loud parties after 22:00.
• Report Issues: If you encounter any problems or malfunctions within the apartment, don't hesitate to inform us immediately. We aim to fix any inconveniences as quickly as possible.
• Handle Property with Care: Please treat the furniture, appliances, bed linens, towels, and apartment keys with care. Damaging or losing keys will incur a fine covering the cost of the damage.
• Cleaning and Laundry Services: Daily cleaning is not included in the accommodation cost. If you require extra cleaning or laundry services, contact our manager. Additional fees apply for these services.
• Technical Assistance: If any appliances like the stove, hood, fridge, washing machine, or dishwasher stop working, please check the corresponding switches along the walls to ensure they are turned on. If the issue persists, feel free to contact our manager.
• Amenities: For our guests, access to the pool, gym, and parking is complimentary
